Motorcycle riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death. These risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, or by the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity; also, by the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others, and there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and by placing a bid on this auction you certify that you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for such losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in any motorcycle activity and that you hold harmless Anam Cycles, Inc. and its agents from any of these losses and damages; furthermore, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Remember, you must inspect all equipment before using it and take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Finally, you understand that you are responsible for any damage to equipment. This product is not for children.

 

For your safety: The operator should always wear a helmet and eye protection. Never engage in stunt driving. Avoid excessive speeds and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Make sure that all local laws and warning/recommendations on motorcycle passengers are obeyed.
